Our aim is to get your item to you as fast as possible. When you place an order, we will provide estimated shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

SHIPPING PROCESS
Once your order is confirmed, we will begin processing it. We'll send you a confirmation email once your order is on its way. If there are any issues or delays with your shipment, please contact us at community@offscriptmtl.com.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. While we strive to deliver your item within the estimated time frame, please note that delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. They may be affected by factors over which Off/Script has no control, including incorrect delivery addresses, customs delays, and Post Office delivery restrictions. We’ll do our best to ensure that your goods are delivered on time, all the time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY 
We offer worldwide shipping to most countries. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. If we are unable to ship your goods, we will contact you. Please also note that you will be responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes, if applicable.

Shipping Restrictions Please note that we cannot ship to PO Box addresses. Make sure you provide a physical address for delivery.

DELAYED/LOST DELIVERY
If your delivery has been delayed, or if you think your order has been lost, please contact us at community@offscriptmtl.com. We will help investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please note that Off/Script will not be responsible for lost packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.
